Digicel Web Management and Migration Project (2015)
I supported the redesign and content optimization of Digicel’s global homepage experience, writing and refining UX content across 33 international markets. My work focused on improving clarity, reducing cognitive load, and strengthening the consistency of key product messages — while aligning with local market needs, device behaviors, and global brand standards. This project reflects my ability to create audience-aware content at scale, working across cross-functional teams to deliver high-visibility digital experiences.
